Description
This hoe is made from a case hardened steel agricultural disc blade. This gives it a stronger outer layer which will remain sharp longer. The neck is narrow and high allowing dirt to move away from the back of the blade and not build up. It is approximately 3″ wide at the top of the side blades and angles down to an approximately 1″ wide sharpened tip. The sides are sharpened as well. The working height of the head is approximately 3″ with the overall height of the head at approximately 5 inches. This tool is great to get into tight areas. This tool is also good to dig a hole for a plant or to make a furrow to plant your seeds. It is available on our 1-1/4″ straight-grained, shaped Ash handle (uses AGH Replacement Handle) in either 54″ or 60″ lengths. You can also find it on our short 12″ handle in the category “Short Handled Hoes” from our Home Page.
